What you need:
Medium weight yarn
(I used double Vanna's Glamour, a normal acrylic would work best)
Scrap eyelash yarn
2 medium sized hair elastics
Size I (5.5 mm) hook
Bad chart I know, I thought it would be easier to see than in step by step pics.
Loops are the hair elastics.
