Green Eggs and Ham

 What you need:

Green and White worsted weight acrylic yarn

Size F (3.75 mm) hook
A small piece of batting or a scrap of fabric

Polyester fiber fill
Yarn needle

Clip to keep place

Scissors

 Ham:
Work in continuous rounds

• Chain 2
• Round 1: Work 6 sc in first chain
• Round 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 st
• Round 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * around - 18 st
• Round 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 2 sts, rep from * around - 24 st
• Round 5: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 3 sts, rep from * around - 30 st
• Round 6: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * around - 36 st
• Round 7: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 5 sts, rep from * around - 42 st
• Round 8 *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 6 sts, rep from * around - 48 st
• Take a small piece of  white yarn and stitch a white circle in the center of the ham
• Round 9: sc in each sc working in back loops only
• Round:10-14: sc in each sc -48 st
  
• Round 15: *Sc2tog, sc each of next 6 sts, rep from * around - 42 st
• Round 16: sc in each sc -42 st
• Cut the batting or scrap of fabric in the size of the bottom of the ham, slide into place
• Round 17: *Sc2tog, sc each of next 5 sts, rep from * around - 36 st
• Round 18-19: sc in each sc -36 st
• Round 20: *Sc2tog, sc each of next 4 sts, rep from * around - 30 st
• Round 21: sc in each sc -30 st
• Start to stuff
• Round 22:  *Sc2tog, sc each of next 3 sts, rep from * around - 24 st
• Round 23-24: sc in each sc -24 st
• Round 25: *Sc2tog, sc each of next 2 sts, rep from * around - 18 st
• Round 26: sc in each sc -18 st
• Finish off stuffing
• Round 27: *Sc2tog, sc each of next 1 sts, rep from * around - 12 st
• Round 28: sc in each sc -12 st
• Round 29:  Sc2tog around -6 st
• Finish off and weave in end

Eggs:
Work in continuous rounds
make two of each

• Chain 2 in white
• Round 1: Work 6 sc in first chain
• Round 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 st
• Round 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * around - 18 st
• Round 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 2 sts, rep from * around - 24 st
• Round 5: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 3 sts, rep from * around - 30 st
• Round 6: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * around - 36 st
• Round 7: hdc around edge. 
• Finish off and weave in end

• Round 1: Work 6 sc in first chain
• Round 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 st
• Rounds 3-4: sc
• finish off leaving long tail to sew up

Egg Assembly: 
Lightly stuff yolk, center on white and sew.
