It's cold. It is very cold. I don't like the cold. I am bundled up in a rainbow granny square blanket with a cup of hot coffee, a kitty, and listening to the Rockabilly channel on Pandora all while dreaming of the Florida weather we are supposed to have right now.
When (or if) I leave the house I have to keep my ears warm and face it, I don't always want to wear a bulky hat. I like the idea of ear warmers but I find most of them only look cute in a snow bunny skiing kind of setting. I sat down last night while waiting for the National Championship game (YEAH! GO NOLES, sorry) and crocheted this headband/ear warmer in just about an hour.
So tease and curl your hair, put on some red lipstick, tune up your rockabilly channel, and start crocheting.
What you need:
Scrap worsted weight yarn
Size I (5.5mm) hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
Retro Rabbit Ear
Headband/Ear Warmer
