Wow, NyanPon's Knits and Crochet has passed 50k hits!
Thank you so much everyone.
I designed this bag back when I first learned to crochet and couldn't read patterns.
It is called a mandala bag since it looks so much like one when you are crocheting it.
What you need:
1-2 balls of balls of cotton yarn
Size I (5.5 mm) hook
Clip to keep your place
Yarn needle
Scissors
Bag:
This bag may look small when finished but this baby can stretch.
See? The bag still has plenty of room for more :)

sc into chain 5 row
sc 2-3 more rows
After finishing the top rows lay bag flat, mark with scrap yarn for placement of handles.
Handles are simply 3-4 rows of sc in any length you wish, mine are just long enough to go around my shoulder.
Weave in all ends and you are ready to go to the farmer's market.
I get groceries in these, it is fun watching the baggers start filling them. Their eyes get bigger as they keep stuffing things in, they always are amazed at what they can hold.
