These pretty hair ties were born when my MIL asked for hair flowers to wear to football games.

I worked this pattern up several months ago but things have been nuts around here so I am only just getting around to posing it.

I've been all about wearing flowers in my hair lately, I think my Bettie Page bangs influencing me. We don't have much room to store things in our little old house so I designed this to put my clips on. I remember having something like this when I was a child only the face was painted wood.

Corn dogs are probably my most desired bad for you food. I could eat my fill in them, good thing most places don't have veggie dog versions otherwise I would.

One Bite Ice Cream Cone

Everyone needs sweets once in a while.

These little cones were worked from small scrap balls of yarn. Whip a dozen of these up in no time. Ice cream always brings a smile to a person's face, give them as gifts or add them to your little one's play food collection.

I am a big fan of the Scott Pilgrim series by Bryan Lee O'Malley. My favorite character and the one I identify with the most is Ramona Flowers. If you haven't read the graphic novels I highly suggest you do, they are wonderful.

She Wore Flowers in Her Hair

Today I needed a break from working on a baby blanket for a friend so I picked up the package of BonBons I got from Crochet Dynamite and this headband flew off my hook. This flower crown will be perfect to wear with my new to me skirt batik skirt I found at a vintage shop last week.
